Coping with a painful chronic illness and having to give up my job (which I loved) was one of the most difficult things I have faced. I was stuck and struggling to accept how much my life has changed. Anna helped so much by giving me the time and space to talk, helping me understand how to bring about change and work towards accepting my new life. Anna is calm, logical and sensitive. I would recommend her without hesitation- she has changed my life for the better.
I had some really good sessions with Anna. She helped me with my phobia of mice and I feel so much more at ease with them now. Very pleased with the results!
Just to say how much I enjoyed your Hypnotherapy session recently. The background music was especially relaxing, and your whole approach was calm and professional. The session really helped me relax for the first time after some very tense weeks and I have been sleeping much better ever since. Thank you for the recording, too, which I now use whenever I feel myself becoming anxious or tense. As I've used it, I've got to recognise the 'routine' and seem to nod off earlier and earlier into the session.

Suffering with extreme anxiety I was at a loss of where to turn until I found Anna. Anna has helped me put my anxieties into perspective and above all has taught me how to live in the positive.
